For quite some time, digital artworks were my only outlet for creativity. While this is still my main field of work and the toolbox I’m most comfortable with, I wanted to do more things manually. This is when I started painting places in a very abstract way. At first, it was only for me, not showing it to anybody, feeling like this was very much outside of my usual scope and that it just did not fit well into my usual work.
But as time went on, I realized how much I needed it to balance my workflow, how relieved I am after a good painting session, and, frankly, how much I love just being with it—intentionally, mindfully, and trusting my intuition.
So here they are, my non-digital artworks: about places, vague memories of cities, or just feelings.
Almost all of the pieces below are available for purchase.
