Memory meets space - my exhibition opening

Thursday, March 13th, 2025, was a big moment for me - my very first gallery opening night with my non-digital artworks.

Memory meets space opened at Gallery Żak in Gdańsk, showing pieces I’ve created over the past three years. The idea for this exhibition had been growing for a while - we started talking about it almost a year ago, and the preparations began in 2024.

I worked with the gallery curator - Agata Myga - and the exhibition was beautifully introduced by her. She managed to capture the essence of my work - the emotional traces that architecture leaves behind. She described Memory meets space as personal memories and multisensory experiences of spaces. I was so happy with how she worded things, especially her reflection that I paint not what spaces look like, but how they feel -because that's exactly what I try to do through gesture, color, and texture in my artworks.

All photographs are by Tomek Cieślikowski - Obrazowo.

I was overwhelmed (in a good way!) by the turnout, support, and love I received - thank you again to everyone who came!

The artworks on display follow my travels through different countries, capturing the emotions evoked by architecture, design, and the spaces I visited & saw.

If you're in Gdańsk, I invite you to visit the exhibition and experience it for yourself.
All pieces are available for purchase - feel free to reach out to me
here if you're interested.
